GARANZIA SUI PRODOTTI:
Con la legge N.24 del 2 Febbraio 2002 pubblicata sulla GU 27 dell'8 Marzo 2002 (integrata dal DL 6 settembre 2005, n. 206 - "Codice del consumo"), anche l'Italia ha recepito la legge Europea 1999/44/CE riguardante la garanzia sui prodotti destinati al consumo, la quale prevede che il consumatore o utente (persona fisica che agisce per scopi estranei all'attività imprenditoriale o professionale eventualmente svolta) abbia diritto ad un periodo di garanzia commerciale di 24 mesi dalla data di acquisto dei beni di consumo per i prodotti nuovi, e di almeno 12 mesi per i prodotti usati. La garanzia sui prodotti acquistati copre eventuali difetti di fabbricazione e di materiali, tali da comprometterne o impedirne la funzionalità. La garanzia non copre eventuali difetti e danneggiamenti dovuti a uso inappropriato, errori di montaggio e di installazione, effetti di azioni esterne quali danni subiti in conseguenza a colpi o cadute, o a riparazioni e modifiche apportate da terzi non autorizzati. Sono inoltre esclusi i danni risultanti dall'uso di materiali non conformi ai requisiti tecnici dei prodotti acquistati
Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro Territoriale di Verona
DIRITTO DI RECESSO
- Informativa ai sensi 2011/83/UE, del 25 ottobre 2011
Gli acquisti effettuati sul nostro sito, come tutti gli acquisti a distanza tramite telefono o corrispondenza, poiché avvengono al di fuori da locali commerciali, sono tutelati dal 2011/83/UE, del 25 ottobre 2011, che prevede la possibilità da parte del consumatore di esercitare il diritto di recesso. Il consumatore può esercitare il diritto di recesso entro un termine di 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce. Tale diritto consiste nella facoltà di restituzione del bene acquistato al fornitore senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, e nel conseguente rimborso del prezzo di acquisto entro 14 giorni.
Il diritto di recesso si applica alle persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale. Sono perciò esclusi dal diritto di recesso gli acquisti effettuati da rivenditori e da aziende.
Modalità di esercizio del diritto di recesso:
Il diritto di recesso si esercita con l'invio, entro il predetto termine di 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, di una comunicazione scritta mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento indirizzata a: Jumbo s.r.l. , Via Stra', 18 - 37042 Caldiero (Verona) Italy. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante telegramma o fax, a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le 48 ore successive. Tale comunicazione deve contenere i codici dei prodotti che si intende restituire, nonché indicazioni sulle modalità di rimborso della spesa sostenuta (vaglia, bonifico, ecc.) ed eventuali coordinate bancarie. I prodotti oggetto di ripensamento dovranno essere restituiti a cura del consumatore, in condizioni di sostanziale integrità, al medesimo indirizzo utilizzato per la raccomandata. Una volta ricevuta la merce e verificatane l'integrità provvederemo, nel più breve tempo possibile, ad accreditare al cliente il costo dei prodotti restituiti, trattenendo, ove necessario, l'importo delle spese di spedizione che resteranno comunque a carico del cliente (andata e ritorno)
You have 14 working days, from the day after you receive your item (2011/83/UE, del 25 ottobre 2011) to cancel the contract for your order with us and come back the item. You will be refunded on condition that the item is returned in its original condition and with all associated items, which includes its box and any paperwork. It will be inspected on arrival and, if it is found to have been marked, there will be an additional charge for any refurbishment that is necessary to return the watch to its original condition. Customers are liable for any return postage costs and must ensure that the item is fully insured. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. This is not applicable to watches purchased or collected from the Stevanellagioielli.it showroom in Verona.
If you are placing an order from outside the Italy, we need you to pay by bank transfer or Chrono24 Trusted Checkout. There will also be an additional cost for international shipping. All the shipping costs charged to the customer (round trip). If you require further clarification, please call or email the sales team prior to placing your order . You will be responsible for the exchange rate and you are advised that refunds may be affected by such exchange rate. Payments must be made in €uro and any refunds will only be issued in €uro. The prices quoted on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that if you are based outside of the European Union, you may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. Please note that customers outside of the EU will not be refunded their postage costs for unsuitable items.
All our watches are accompanied by our 12 month warranty, protecting your watch against manufacturing and mechanical defects, subject to the following terms and conditions. Your Warranty will be registered to your current postal address. To ensure your Warranty remains valid, please make sure that you inform us of any changes to your contact details without delay, including your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number.
The Warranty does not cover theft or loss of your watch, normal wear-and-tear, damage caused to your watch by accidents, mishandling, mistreatment or negligence (including, without limitation, damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer and/or our instructions.) In particular, wear of the watch strap, glass, clasp and other cosmetic damage are not covered by our Warranty. If your watch is returned to us due to a valid claim against our Warranty whilst it is still protected by the manufacturer warranty, we reserve the right to proceed with the works through the manufacturer warranty in the first instance.
Your Warranty will be invalidated in the event that a third party carries out any tests or work on your watch (including, without limitation, dismantling your watch to carry out an inspection) without our prior knowledge and consent.
The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability and waterproofness of your watch. Any modification of your watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products that have not been provided by the manufacturer will invalidate your Warranty.
In the event of a claim against your Warranty, we will refund, repair or replace your watch at our sole discretion. Time will not be of the essence for completion of any works carried out under Warranty. We have the final decision on all claims against our Warranty. If any dispute arises in connection with the Warranty, we reserve the right to instruct an independent third party watchmaker nominated by us to determine the issues in dispute, though are under no obligation to do so. The conclusion in the report to be provided by the third party will be binding as between the parties. Please note that the recommendations of the manufacturer are expressly excluded for the purposes of our Warranty, where such recommendations conflict with our advice.
If you are based outside of the Italy, you may have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities of your country for work done under Warranty, particularly if you do not correctly complete the relevant declarations. Please note that you must securely deliver the watch to our appropriate service centre as advised and with adequate insurance, whether for the health check or to claim against your Warranty or for any other reason, which shall be your responsibility and at your cost unless stated otherwise. If you are based in the Italy and have a valid claim against your Warranty, we will not make a charge for the postage and packaging costs of returning the watch to you (unless the work involves battery replacement only). We will charge for postage and packaging and all other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs incurred for work carried out under Warranty if you are based outside of the Italy.
Your Warranty is personal to you and is non-transferable. The Warranty is in addition to your statutory and common law rights. If you wish to make a claim against your Warranty, please contact a member of our servicing team by calling +390456102010 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If Jumbo s.r.l. is instructed by a customer to carry out such a valuation, the following terms and conditions apply: Jumbo s.r.l. must physically inspect the watch. The watch must be delivered by the customer to premises designated by Jumbo s.r.l.. The watch is your responsibility until it reaches our office. Please ensure you package your watch to prevent any damage to the item. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. All deliveries and insurance costs of the watch while in transit are at the customer's expense. Jumbo s.r.l. will not be bound by any description provided or assumed by either party which, after investigation, proves to be different from that stated on submission of the watch by the customer. A Jumbo s.r.l. valuation will not prove to verify the provenance of the customer's watch. Jumbo s.r.l. shall not be liable for the repair of any watch which is revealed as required as a result of Jumbo s.r.l. carrying out the valuation procedure. The customer shall provide Jumbo s.r.l. without delay any information that Jumbo s.r.l. reasonably requires in order to complete the valuation process, which shall include an on-going obligation on the customer to provide Jumbo s.r.l. without delay any information which could affect the level of valuation, and shall inform Jumbo s.r.l. without delay in the case of any discrepancy between a Jumbo s.r.l. valuation and valuations carried out by other parties. Jumbo s.r.l. reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline to accept any instruction by a customer for a watch valuation.
The luxury watches are made using the UPS or www.ferrarigroup.net service. Each watch travels through a secure network. The progress of this delivery is not monitored because is safety courier with armored car. Accordingly, we guarantee that your item will arrive between in 3/4 days.
All our deliveries are insured independently for loss or damage.
All delivery times and dates are estimations.
Return Postage. The customer is liable for all return postage costs.
Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. Stevanella shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by a force majeure event or the customer's failure to provide Jumbo s.r.l. with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the goods.
Jumbo s.r.l. will deliver the goods to the delivery address given by the customer on its system at the point of purchase. In the case of goods purchased using one of our finance options, Jumbo s.r.l. will only deliver to the customer's address as given on the finance agreement, in order to protect the company against fraudulent applications. In all other cases, Jumbo s.r.l. will comply so far as is reasonably practicable with any lawful instructions concerning the goods given or confirmed in writing (which shall include email or fax) by the customer while the goods are in the possession of Jumbo s.r.l., provided that Jumbo s.r.l. shall be entitled to additional payment for any services provided in pursuance of any such instructions. Where the instruction involves a change in the delivery address, Jumbo s.r.l. will be entitled to charge for any additional postage costs to the new delivery address. Please note, however, that Jumbo s.r.l. will usually only deliver to the customer's billing address.
Watches can be collected by appointment from our offices in Verona. Without an appointment, watches will not be available for collection. Our safes are time locked from Saturday until Tuesday during which time the staff have no access to our stock. A weekend appointment must be confirmed by the close of business on the previous working day. We don't want you to have a wasted journey so please make an appointment.
